Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gang Sheet Builder ("the Service"), operated at gsbapi.u2z.us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including account holders, shop owners, and end customers interacting with the editor through connected WooCommerce stores.

2. Description of Service

Gang Sheet Builder provides a cloud-based platform for creating print-ready gang sheets, including:

• A drag-and-drop canvas editor for arranging images on gang sheets
• A WooCommerce plugin for integrating gang sheet creation into online stores
• Automated generation of print-ready output files (PNG, PDF, EPS)
• Sticker cut line generation
• Cloud import integrations (Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva)
• A credit-based and subscription-based billing system

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and API tokens
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Billing and Payments

4.1 Pay-As-You-Go

Under the pay-as-you-go model, you pre-purchase credits that are consumed when you download generated gang sheets. Credits are charged based on the square inch area of the design at a rate displayed in your account dashboard. Credits are non-refundable once purchased.

4.2 Subscription Plans

Subscription plans provide a monthly or yearly allocation of included downloads and square inches. Overages beyond plan limits are charged against your credit balance. Subscriptions are billed through PayPal and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.3 Free Re-Downloads

Once a design has been charged, subsequent downloads of the same design are free.

4.4 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing prepaid credits will be honored at their original value.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or process content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or objectionable content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without authorization
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the images and designs you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and generate output files from your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Our Service

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by Gang Sheet Builder and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

6.3 WooCommerce Plugin

The Gang Sheet Builder WooCommerce plugin is licensed for use with an active account. Your license to use the plugin terminates if your account is suspended or closed.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution source images
• We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account credentials

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to maintain a sufficient credit balance (for pay-as-you-go)
• Have an unpaid or disputed subscription payment

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, your design files will be deleted and any remaining credits will be forfeited.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gang Sheet Builder, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
