The whole supplier catalogue on your store.
Designed on the real shirt.

Your customer picks any of 3,976 blanks from S&S Activewear and SanMar, with live stock. They put their artwork on a photo of that exact garment, get a per-piece quote with quantity breaks, and pay a deposit in your own checkout. You get the mockups, the print files at 300 DPI and the blank order, ready to run.

  • Your markup, your print areas
  • No per-order fees, ever
  • Nothing to upload, nothing to draw
The designer: a Ridge Run Trail Club badge placed on a photo of an Army Heather hooded sweatshirt, checked at 300 DPI, with the file panel beside it

One artwork. Every colour. One checkout.

Colour is part of the order, not a separate product. The customer picks the colours, the sizes under each one, and sees their print on every colour before they pay. Forty-six colours of a hoodie, six sizes, one deposit.

How a customer orders

Four steps. No human involved until the blanks arrive.

The walkthrough asks what a person behind the counter would ask, in that order. Every screen below is the real product, not a drawing of it.

  1. 01

    Pick the garment

Every designable blank in the master catalogue, filtered by brand, colour, size, stock and price. The supplier's own photos, every colourway, live stock counts, and a price guide per piece at your markup. They choose a Gildan 5000 or a Carhartt hoodie the same way.

    • 3,976 blanks, 149 brands
    • Stock refreshed from the supplier
    • Your price, your curation
The garment detail: Independent Trading Co. SS4500, forty-six colour swatches, sizes XS to 5XL, stock at the supplier and a price guide by quantity
  2. 02

    Choose the colours

Every colour they want in this order, on the supplier's photo of that colour. One artwork goes on all of them, and the designer warns where it will not read well: a black logo on a black tee gets flagged before it gets printed.

    • Contrast check per colour
    • Out of stock sizes shown, not hidden
    • Colours become rows in the size grid
The colour step: a grid of the hoodie photographed in every colour, three selected
  3. 03

Put the artwork on the shirt

Two doors. Let us place it: they name the spot and the size, the file lands centred and checked. The canvas: the garment photo, their file, anywhere they want it, front and back, no boxes. Either way the file is checked at print size and they are never asked about DPI.

    • PNG, JPG, TIFF, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS
    • DPI computed at the placed size
    • Mockup on the real photo, one click
The canvas: the badge on the Army Heather hoodie photo with a resize handle and a 300 DPI badge
  4. 04

    Sizes, quote, deposit

Sizes per colour with stock beside each box. The quote is per piece with your quantity breaks, the print priced by its real size, shipping from the carrier for the real weight of the box. The deposit is paid in your Shopify or WooCommerce checkout. The balance is due when it ships.

    • UPS, FedEx and USPS rates from EasyPost
    • Deposit rule is yours: 50%, 100%, a floor
    • The order lands in your store like any other

What the shop gets

Everything after the deposit is already done.

The parts of a $299-a-month decorator suite that actually make money, inside the store you already run.

The print areas tool in the admin: a pullover hoodie with its Full Front and Left Chest areas on the front view, the garment list beside it

Your print areas, your rules

Move, resize, rename or switch off any print area on any garment type, or draw your own. The designer, the mockups and the print files follow. Paid orders keep the areas they were designed on.

Print files at 300 DPI

One transparent PNG per print, at its real inches, with its position on the garment written for the press. Released the moment the deposit lands.

Blanks ordered, not chased

The blank order for every colour and size, straight to S&S or SanMar from the admin on your own account, or noted as a PO if you ordered by hand. Inbound freight can be folded into your blank price.

Shipping the customer pays

The carrier's rate for the real weight of the order, marked up or not, offered as UPS, FedEx or USPS with any you want excluded. Collected at checkout on both platforms.

Mockups that look like the shirt

The supplier's photo of the exact colour with the print laid in and shaded by the cloth, for the customer at review and for you on the order. No drawings, no clip art.

Set up in an afternoon

Markup on the blank, price tiers by print size for DTF, screen and embroidery, quantity breaks, deposit rule, shipping, and which garments you offer. One settings page, numbered, with the defaults already sensible.

Ask a question

Blanks are bought from the supplier at your own wholesale price; Product Builder never marks them up. Shipping is the carrier's rate. Card processing is your store's.

Questions

Straight answers.

Which suppliers, and do I need my own accounts?

S&S Activewear (including the Harriton, CORE365, Devon & Jones and other lines it took on from alphabroder) and SanMar. The catalogue, stock and cost come from our platform account, so you need no supplier account to sell. To order blanks electronically from the admin you add your own S&S or SanMar account in Settings; otherwise you order as you do today and note the PO.

Does it run on my existing store?

Yes. On Shopify it installs as an app and adds a theme block; on WooCommerce it is a plugin. Your theme, your checkout, your payment processor. The catalogue is a product page on your store; a normal product can also be pinned to one blank and open the designer.

Who sets the prices?

You. Markup on the blank (or a fixed price), price tiers by print size for each decoration method, quantity breaks, a deposit rule, a shipping markup if you want one. The customer sees your numbers. We never add ours.

What do I get when a customer pays the deposit?

The order in your store, the mockups on the supplier's photo of every colour, one print-ready PNG per print at 300 DPI with its position on the garment, the sizes by colour, and the blank order ready to send. The balance is collected when you ship.

Can customers place artwork anywhere?

On the canvas, yes: front and back, no boxes, sized freely, priced by the real size of each print. The guided door places it for them in a named area at a chosen size. Both check the file at print size.

Is this a production management system?

No. It is the part of a decorator suite that turns a blank into a paid order with the files to run it. Scheduling, invoicing and staff accounts are not included, and that is why it costs $79 and not $299.

What about the Gang Sheet Builder?

Different product, same company. The Gang Sheet Builder makes gang sheets for shops that print transfers. Product Builder sells finished garments. Many shops run both.

Founding seats are $49 a month for a year, then $79. A hundred of them.
